The request must include a copy of a valid identity document, and the documents justifying the request. Also the User can send the claims before the competent authorities of control in Spain (AEPD).

TERMS AND FORMS

Intended purpose: In case the User requires to join the Association or wants to donate, the data will be used in order to manage the amount donated or to send the User updated information about our activities. In the case the User requested on about “Biblioteca de Colores”, “Escuelas Diversas” or “Diversity in companies and institutions”, the User will be included in the corresponding file and will be sent information concerning such projects and the newsletter about our activities.
Storage period: The data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the objectives for which they were collected, unless the existence of a relationship with Galehi. In the depicted cases the period would be the necessary to conclude the previous relationship.
Legitimation: Data will be handled in accordance with the consent of the User, understanding it occurred when the User complete this application and provides its personal data to use it according to what is specified In the form. The information requested in the forms is necessary to attend to your request. The lack of these may motivate that the request cannot be attended. When the data is collected from the form and not from another open field as a contact email, it will be necessary to provide, at least, those fields marked with an asterisk, since, otherwise, Galehi will not be able to accept or manage compliance with the established relationship.

The user may exercise its right by sending a letter to the above address. The user will have to specify which scenario applies.
